Yes! Your credit card details go through a secure terminal and are never stored.
You are able to make payment either by Credit Card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). If you make payment through EFT, please use your order number (4 digits) as the reference number and send through your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you live in Johannesburg, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days, if you are outside of Johannesburg, depending on your region, you should receive your order within 5 - 7 working days. Please note ** If your item needs to be ordered from an external supplier, it may take slightly longer to reach you. Please feel free to inquire with our friendly customer service team to verify if your item is in stock or comes from a third party.
Unfortunately we don’t have an actual physical retail store, so we deliver to your door for your convenience! A delivery fee is charged based on your order (weight and size of items), as well as area code. When you check out, the system will ask you to input an area code (the area you would like the goods to be delivered to). The amount calculated is then added to your final total.
We have a newsletter which goes out daily letting you know about our new items and deals for that day. A product will usually only be available on the website for 7 days, so grab it before it’s gone!
If you are interested in any of our products to buy in bulk (over 50 items) we can organise a discount of some kind (depending on the item and availability of stock) and if you would like any branding on the item, we can also assist in this regard, depending on the item itself. Please email email@example.com with your request and we will assist.
If your item is damaged or arrives broken, we will send our courier to collect and bring you a replacement item!
If you would like to return your purchase due to the fact that you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, you have 7 days to return it to us at your expense. We will happily arrange pickup on your behalf through our courier service for a charge R70, or alternatively you can drop it off at our offices and we will refund you.
Please notify us immediately and we will send our couriers (at no additional cost) to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you. This can happen and we do apologise in advance!
