Buying on Grabit

How do I buy on Grabit?

  • If you haven’t registered on Grabit, you need to click on the Register button and fill out your information. Once you have registered you can log-in with your username and password that you set up when registering, now you will see your name at the top of the main page.
  • Everyday you will be able to browse the main page for new and exciting deals
  • You are also able to shop by category which can be seen under the drop down on the top of the main page
  • Click on the item you wish to purchase and it will be added to your cart and you can continue to shop
  • Once you have selected everything you would like to purchase, click on the Cart button (top right of page)
  • Here you are able to change the quantities and colours of the items you have selected to purchase
  • Make sure your order is 100% and then proceed to payment. You are able to pay by Credit Card or by making an EFT payment. If you choose the EFT option, please email a proof of payment to us at info@grabit.co.za and use your Order number as the reference.
  • Make sure you fill in your delivery address, where we can deliver during the day. No postal addresses are accepted as we need to make sure your item gets delivered straight to you.
  • Once you have made payment you will receive an invoice – if you do not receive an invoice please contact us immediately on info@grabit.co.za
  • Your order will be hand delivered via our courier company to your door – we do charge a delivery fee.

Can I buy from your physical stores?

We are an online store and do not have any physical retail stores. Our offices are in Sandton, Johannesburg. If you live in Johannesburg, your order should reach you within 5 - 7 working days, if you are further out you can expect your order within 10 - 14 working days.
